“Thank you for your work and desire to help others lead more full lives.”
Entrepreneur, Lisa R.
“GIG Design has helped me to set and achieve my goals by focusing on taking small realistic steps and visualizing the entire process from start to finish.”
Executive Producer, Jeremy W.

GIG’s team joined together because we consistently elevate performance. We understand the elements to engaging employees in actionable performance. Testimonies repeatedly share the results reward meaningful change that improves performance.

GIG Design uses metaphors because they empower creativity, knowledge, and functionality. GIG is the acronym for ‘Good Is Ground’ – that fertile ground for the best crop.  Every business seeks to be the best. Yet, an average of 70% employees nationwide cost businesses customer ratings, profitability, productivity, turnover, absenteeism, accidents and theft. Is your business the best crop? GIG’s team improves companies by producing value – or fertile ground resulting in the best outcomes.

Today, businesses are using design thinking to make more informed decisions. Anita Joy has been professionally addressing design factors to achieve health transformation since 1996 (or, literally since she was a tree-climber at age 6). Our mission is designing wellbeing into whole-being, which includes the individual, task, and the environment. We want to reach as many people as possible to make wellness a matter of health and design.

“The tree was my childhood workplace. It was just as Shel Silverstein said, a giving tree.”
