With that being said, we are in constant decision making every waking minute.  In the past, I had a supervisor state that every decision made has the end goal of regulating sensations.  Therefore, if we choose to sit on the ground verses in a spinning office chair, decide to sip hot coffee instead of drinking a cold fizzy soda, or blast a favorite song in the care instead of sitting in silence - the impact of decision making is driven by our sensory system.
